CONTRACT TO HIRE

The Claims Documentation Specialist is responsible for preparing incoming international claims and supporting documentation received via postal or electronic mail in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

· Open, sort, and review a high volume of time sensitive claims for completeness and prepare the claims for processing while ensuring integrity and confidentiality. Operate digital imaging scanning equipment to capture images.

· Conduct quality checks by verifying electronic images on the screen and correcting any scanning malfunctions.

· Assist with all clerical tasks including, but not limited to filing, scanning, sorting, and copying.

· Contact members, providers or other involved persons to obtain missing information.

· Respond to emails in a timely manner.
