Billing Specialist Jobs

Vaco is working with an industry leading manufacturing company in Lancaster that is looking for a Billing Specialist. Ideal candidates will have at least a year of billing experience and preferably some of that experience would be with a manufacturing or commercial printing company.

In this role on a day-to-day basis the main job duties will include:

*Communicating with customers as required to resolve billing problems

*Calculating costs related to postage, freight, sales tax, copyright, and discounts

*Researching and resolving billing discrepancies

*Calculating revenue analysis, credits, additional invoices, statistical data analysis, and tax forms for specific customers and paper usage

*Creating invoices using price lists and quotes per print manufacturing instructions
