Job Description

Class A drivers with 6 months verifiable Class A in the last 3 years great lease purchase that offers just some of the following to start:

  • To start will run Tuesday – Saturday so off Sunday and Monday. When opening becomes avaialble can run Monday-Friday
  • Run regionally and average weekly gross is $3900-$4780/WK. That means after ALL expenses looking at weekly net take home of $2200-$3200/WK – or $114.000 to $165,000/Yr depending on how hard you run.
  • Because you are running regionally and not putting alot of miles on the truck (about 1100-1500 per week) when you own the truck in 4 years it will not have the miles like an OTR LP truck
  • No money down and no credit check

Details

  • Drivers are paid $150/Day for training-drivers will train for one week
  • NOTE: THIS IS 100% TOUCH FREIGHT AT DELIVERY. ALL PICK UPS AT DC ARE HOOK AND GO BUT ALL DELIVERIES HAVE DRIVER PUTTING BOXES ON CONVEYER – DRIVER DOES NOT DO ANYTHING AFTER BOXES ON CONVEYER-PUTTING BOXES AWAY RESPONSIBILITY OF STORE PERSONNEL
  • Trucks are 2015-2018 Freightliner Cascadias and monthly payment is based on miles. Total out of pocket (including insurance, truck payment, etc) is $775-$875 plus .04CPM for escrow and .09CPM for Maintenance
  • 500,000 power train warranty for all trucks
  • Drivers can have a pet and rider first day after training.
  • Drivers paid $1.44 + FSC (currently $.52CPM) and $300 Unload Pay
  • Drivers are home weekly and will run PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, (no NYC)
  • This is 100% touch freight and is manual. Drivers will be putting boxes on conveyer belt – driver is NOT responsible for stacking or doing inventory on boxes

CURRENTLY NOT HIRING ANY DRIVERS OUT OF THE STATES OF NY OR NJ


Qualifications:


  • 12-24 months no more than 7 jobs in the last 36 months
  • No more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years (may NOT have an accident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years
  • Can never have failed or refused a DOT Drug/Alcohol test – no SAP drivers.
  • Max number of jobs based on experience:
  • 24+ no more than 9 jobs in the last 36 months
  • No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years
  • For major moving violations (15+, following too close, reckless/careless) no more than one in the last 12 months
  • 6-12 months no more than 5 jobs in the last 36 months
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months
  • 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 36 months

There are drivers who pay down on truck faster and can own in less than 4 years. Because you are running half the miles of an OTR Lease Purchase the truck is in better condition once you are done with your lease
