What You'll Do At UiPath

• Create executive summaries and brief the Chief Customer Officer on specific issues and projects
• Serve as primary liaison for internal and external communications
• Represent GTM in cross-department topics such as pricing, headcount planning, financial planning, etc.
• Work with the executive team to ensure progress towards departmental objectives
• Compose and manage correspondence dealing with issues or subject matter that is highly sensitive and confidential
• Speech and video script preparation, and other such needs as they arise
• Provide a strategic sounding board to the Chief Customer Officer and the GTM Leaders to ensure that goals and objective are being achieved, and that priorities are being communicated effectively
• Interact with internal staff members to conduct and oversee preparation of briefing materials for the Chief Customer Officer
• Create and maintain several long-term relationships in partnership with the Chief Customer Officer
• Ensure that long-term projects are executed in an efficient, cost-effective, and diligent manner
• Actively enable the efficiency of business operations from behind the scenes

What You'll Bring To The Team

• Organized and delightful attention to detail
• Experience in Excel is a requirement. Exposure to financial analysis and basic modeling is desired
• Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset and strategic/critical thinking skills
• Excellent communicator both verbally and written; demonstrates the ability to communicate to broad audiences
• No task is too small; is a team player who is a natural collaborator
• High sense of urgency and can prioritize workload to deliver quality and timely work
• The ability to summarize and present complex topics effectively to a wide audience, particularly audiences unfamiliar with the nuances of GTM
• Experience with Studio and/or Studio X is not a requirement, but is desired
• Demonstrated ability in working with global teams across multiple time zones
• 5+ years’ experience in management consulting, program and project management, corporate strategy, product management, or similar; as well as extensive exposure to Go-To-Market teams
• Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity
• Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects

Pay Transparency

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $161,200 and $241,900. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
