CTC: 250K USD including variables
Job Purpose
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced business growth professional to join their organization. This role carries P&L responsibility and focuses on driving growth through product monetization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective go-to-market and market creation strategies to expand their customer base and increase revenue
Mandatory Experiences:
- Worked as moentization lead/ revenue lead/ growth lead in tech startups
- Strong understanding of digital landscape and transformation
- Worked in above capacity with startups/firms with valuation of at least 300mn USD
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sales and marketing functions to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies, set targets, monitor performance, and optimize processes to maximize sales effectiveness. • Oversee marketing function to assist in the enablement of a new market that will enable direct to customer cross border parcel shipments leveraging our infrastructure • Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for product monetization. • Understand customer expectations and translate them into actionable strategies to meet their needs, work with partners towards further enabling the existing digital ecosystem • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify areas for growth and improvement. • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Graduate with atleast 12+ years of total experience with startup experience preferably in regional / global role. • Deep appreciation of the value and opportunities in data and digital - experience in creating, managing, analysing or using complex data to make business decision • Strategic thinker and problem solver with excellent analytical and reporting skills
