• Degree in a clinical, financial, or business-related field. A Master's Degree is preferred, but a minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead our medical organization in the psychiatric industry. As the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that we continue to provide the highest quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. This is a permanent position with the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization in the community and with external partners
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of professionals
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, staff, and the community
• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to increase awareness of the organization and its services
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring the organization remains financially sustainable
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization

Qualifications

• Ability to relocate to CO
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve organizational goals
• Strong operational experience, including budget management, strategic planning, and team leadership
• Prior hospital leadership experience required
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards of care in the psychiatric industry
• Prefer Behavioral health experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a CEO or COO in a standalone psychiatric hospital
