The Vendor Manager will be responsible for performing vendors within Consumer Business Banking Operations.

The manager is responsible for ensuring TPRM and regulatory requirements are met for the vendors we engage with.

This manager will be responsible for 10 direct reports and approximately 100 vendors.

This manager will ensure vendor risk is mitigated, vendors are onboarded to our system of record timely, contracts are executed in conjunction with our contract team, performance is monitored with the vendor for consistency.

Basic Qualifications

  • Typically, more than six years of applicable experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact Consumer Business Banking Operations including RESPA, TILA, FCRA, Fair Lending, etc.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of RFP, Prism, BCI processes
  • 5+ years of Third-Party Risk Management background, understanding of the TPRM life cycle
  • Considerable understanding servicing requirements including mortgage and consumer operations.
  • Excellent understanding of contracts
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Archer knowledge preferred CTPRP or other applicable professional certifications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $99,365.00 - $116,900.00 - $128,590.00
