Job Purpose

Implement global sourcing strategies (contracts, vendor management, governance and risk) into region for the digital business, improve IT service levels and optimize costs, and achieve low-cost procurement by maximizing economies of scale across the MCG Group to optimize the total IT spend of the MCG Group.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Program Management of the leverage strategic partnerships to improve IT service levels and manage MCG Group's total IT spend - Region with Global coordination
  • Vendor Management - Region with Global coordination
  • Implement procurement operations by maximizing economies of scale across the entire MCG Group
  • Talent management
  • Digital Procurement Excellence - Region with Global coordination
  • Implement sourcing strategy (contracts, vendor management, governance, risk)
  • Leverage strategic partnerships to improve IT service levels and manage MCG Group's total IT spend.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
10+ years of working experience in IT department (any field such as application development, infrastructure, security, etc.)
  • Experience in organizational management
  • Leadership experience with applicable negotiation skills
  • Work experience in infrastructure and application areas is preferred
  • Experience communicating with vendors and other business partners
(Global) Program management
  • Risk management skills
  • English, Japanese and/or multiple language is preferred
  • Contract management
  • Vendor control and project management
Ability to work in a global, complex business environment including multiple time zone and diverse geographic locations
  • Ability to respond flexibly to change and keep motivation high

Pay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)

The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $138.8. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
