Job Description
Job Summary
Accountable for providing leadership and coordination for risk adjustment vendor related programs. Responsible for the end to end management of the Vendor Management program, including relationship management, contracting, contract adherence and performance, invoice reconciliation, and process improvements.

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of the program
  • Responsible for vendor program performance and adherence to established SLA’s, ROI, etc.
  • Translate corporate strategies into tactical application for vendor execution
  • Responsible for reporting, M&E, and benefit realization of the program and vendor performance cost savings and efficiencies
  • Manage and lead implementation of multiple components of evolving risk adjustment strategies and opportunities through research and analysis
  • Coordinates with all impacted business areas to develop and maintain appropriate reporting and scorecards. Identifies metrics that will reflect true vendor and program performance.
  • Provides input and support for the vendor program budget and tracks and reports vendor costs
  • Invokes corrective action plans, as necessary
  • Manage multiple complex issues and projects simultaneously
  • Works collaboratively with Procurement, Legal, IT Security, Finance and other areas
  • Responsible for vendor relationship management, including contract adherence, contract performance, vendor scorecards, payment reconciliation, and continuous improvement
  • The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.
  • Responsible for working with vendor regarding escalation of issues identified by business or IT
  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of the Vendor program
  • Coordinate Program reporting with appropriate areas within the organization.

Qualifications


Required Work Experience
5+ years related work experience. Experience Details:
Required Management Experience
No supervisory/management experience required
Required Education
Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Additional Required Qualifications
Experience in a matrix environment.
Demonstrated communication and coordination skills managing multiple issues
Proven ability to manage multiple complex business issues
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Vendor Management or Procurement experience Experience with risk adjustment Graduate degree or relevant business/managed care experience Project management training/experience

General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Annualized Salary Range: $70,600 - $114,700
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $70,600 - $88,200
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
