Job Description
To ensure customer satisfaction by operating the catering department with the highest level of quality service and to achieve expected sales goals.


Pay for this position starts at $15.00 - $19.80 / hour.


  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
  • Valid Massachusetts License.
  • Demonstrate capability to interact with customers, vendors and associates.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
  • Authorized to work within the U.S.
  • Complete training in catering operations.
  • Must have pleasant phone manners, and be sales motivated.


The list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company.


  • Achieve the highest associate morale in the industry by working in a style that is Respectful, Supportive and Totally Team Oriented (RSTO).
  • Delivery scheduling and delivery driver coordination.
  • Daily processing of direct billing orders, and coordinating the direct billing with the office manager.
  • Keep sales and work area swept clean, orderly, and free from safety hazards; report hazards to management.
  • Practice the “Cleaner’s Creed” and proper sanitation procedures.
  • Greet, assist and thank all customers in a prompt, courteous, friendly and business-like manner.
  • Computer order entry and processing.
  • Coordination of outsourced vendors (service/equipment rentals).
  • Order coordination at store level for customer pick up.
  • Handle daily delivery logs, weekly sales reports, and billing reports.
  • Maintain a neat personal appearance including proper uniform.
  • Exercise proper safety practices when lifting or moving product or using equipment.
  • Generate daily checklist of department managers and work order coordination.
  • Handle various sales and service functions at the catering desk.
  • Be safety conscious and correct any unsafe conditions you observe.
  • Commit to the “Golden Rule” and work with other associated to build a strong catering team.
  • Telemarketing to generate potential customers.
  • Maintaining daily equipment log with scheduled recovery.
  • In charge of daily order invoicing.
  • Go out of your way to satisfy any request for assistance; phone sales and in store sales, sales follow up, thank you cards, and phone calls.


Secondary Job Functions


  • May be required to deliver catering orders if driver is unavailable.
  • Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark downs or property defacement.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Successful completion of the onboarding/e-learnings and checklist within 30 days of hire/entering the department.
