In addition to the global English-language version, the AliExpress platform is also available in 17 other languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, and French. The top consumer markets where AliExpress is popular are the United States, Brazil, France, and Spain.

Responsibilities

1. Data analysis & strategy setting: Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends, including NPD exploration, seasonal cate defining & opportunity exploration & evaluation, etc. Through user research and category analysis, combined with online and offline retailing in the United States, discover the needs of American consumers, and category opportunities (new products/seasonal/competitive, etc.), and formulate corresponding category and product planning.
2. Strategy operation: driving strategy to AE solution via planning, product solution & operation collaboration with customer operation & marketing department. Cooperate with HQ to introduce goods and adjust the category structure, and revise the category planning plan through continuous data review.
3. Project operation: setting project to establish a strategy for business result

Qualifications

1. Background： e-Commerce, Marketplace, retailing working experience;
2. Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commodity, or a related field.
3. Data Skill: excellent in data analysis, SQL skill is a big plus
4. Operation skill: experienced in project management, product operation or consumer/marketing operation skill is a big plus
5. Ambition： Willingness to work in start-up mode, ability to operate in a highly ambiguous business environment; self-driven, result oriented, and creative.
6. English Speaker, overseas study and work background in the United States is preferred
