Independence Association seeks a full time, energetic Adult Case Manager to join our dynamic and growing case management team. As an Adult Case Manager, you will play a key role in assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism to access resources to live full and inclusive lives. Requirements for Adult Case Manager:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Comfortable advocating for individuals with various levels of disability in a variety of settings
- Travel required (must have valid driver’s license)
- One year experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and /or autism (required)
- Outgoing, self-directed, great written and oral communication skills, team player

Salary:
$45,760.00 - $51,450.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
