Independence Association seeks a full time, energetic Adult Case Manager to join our dynamic and growing case management team. As an Adult Case Manager, you will play a key role in assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism to access resources to live full and inclusive lives. You will work closely with both the individual and their identified support group, and you will provide thorough assessments of strengths and needs, comprehensive planning of services, advocacy, outreach and resource coordination unique to every person.If you are looking for a meaningful and satisfying vocation with an agency whose work force has impressive longevity, please apply now!

Requirements for Adult Case Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Comfortable advocating for individuals with various levels of disability in a variety of settings
  • Travel required (must have valid driver’s license)
  • One year experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and /or autism (required)
  • Outgoing, self-directed, great written and oral communication skills, team player

Salary:

$45,760.00 - $51,450.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
