We are looking for a full-time Case Manager at our Bedrock Recovery Center Location in Canton, Massachusetts.


Salary: 48K - 50K


Job Summary: The Case Management position will provide a variety of services that help individuals and families coping with complex physical or mental medical conditions. The Case Manager will find the most effective course of treatment possible, so that the clients can achieve a higher quality of life by identifying their needs and goals, while working closely with collateral contacts. This role reports to the Program Coordinator.


Responsibilities


  • Complete Intake Assessments.
  • Manage and handle assigned caseload assessing clients' most urgent needs.
  • Consult with external agencies to provide support services and resources.
  • Conduct groups on psycho-educational and individual Case Management as directed.
  • Prepare a comprehensive discharge pan based on client needs.
  • Perform an in-depth mental or physical health analysis of the client to develop a detailed plan of action, set goals and find necessary resources to meet the goals.
  • Keep comprehensive patient records of clients' progress throughout treatment.
  • Conduct treatment team meetings and family sessions.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Offer counseling in either group or individual settings.


The Role Requires


  • Drug-Free Workplace Policies and Workplace Violence policies.
  • Proficiency in Communication, Observation & Written Skills.
  • Crisis intervention techniques and knowledge of emergency procedures used in case of alcohol and/or drug overdose including First Aid and CPR.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and Municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction. Including: Confidentiality, Patient Rights, professional Code of Ethics and Discrimination.
  • Knowledge of addiction issues and the 12-Step Recovery Program.
  • Alcohol and addictive drugs and their physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual impact on the individual and their family.
  • Patient care charts and patient histories.


Preferred Qualifications


  • LADC-2 Certification
  • 3-5 years of Case Management experience in a behavioral health setting

Position Responsibilities


The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:


  • Execute sales activities for Electronics and Chassis products to various OEM's and automotive parts suppliers.
  • The sales activities are as follows (but not limited to):
  • Support the launch of new programs, track and report profitability of products sold, including prototypes, components and production.
  • Lead the entire sales process for various products, set the schedule for the RFQ and quotations and gather all information required for quotation.
  • Negotiate pricing with each customer's Purchasing personnel based submitted quotations.
  • Build piece price quotations and submit to customers on time, by understanding the products, target & market price for the products, manufacturing processes, cost structures and profit potential.
  • Operate with "cross-functional" approach and accordingly accept/assume new responsibilities as dictated by business environment.
  • Conduct monthly sales meetings with AISIN North American Plants (NAP's), in order to closely communicate and to identify and meet AISIN expectations.
  • Function as a key person to compile/summarize/analyze necessary data and develop summary and status documents / materials for products you support.
  • Operate in a self-reliant manner while supporting AISIN's cross-functional teams in their daily activities for their commodities.
  • Responsibly plan yearly/monthly business activities within established budget constraints by defining the targets/tasks/expected results. Prioritize the daily work according to Company policies by timely consulting with the management.
  • Promote cost reduction activities with NAPs and AISIN cross functional teams, in order to achieve cost reduction targets specified in the annual expectations given by customers.
  • Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans based on gathered account data/information, considering product, AISIN, customer and market conditions.


Required Skills And Abilities


Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Sales experience or internships in the automotive industry, preferably with some experience relating to electronic products.
  • Familiarity with OEM purchasing procedures.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Education/Training/Certifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Marketing or Business.


Travel Requirements


  • Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
  • Approximately 25 %
