The Role:

We are looking for a candidate delivery consultant to work a 180 recruitment role. You will solely focus on recruitment, no business development is required. You will be placing candidates in fulltime roles within the renewable energy sector.

What you will be doing:

• Developing your personal brand and industry knowledge to become a subject matter expert in your chosen niche.
• You will be responsible for building a continuous pipeline of candidates through job boards, recommendations, LinkedIn Recruiter and our established client and candidate database.
• You will work closely with a team of Consultants to support with recruitment projects, strategy and delivery.
• The role will involve working towards agreed targets and maximizing vacancy opportunities, through excellent service delivery.
• You will carry out market mapping activities to identify hiring trends and competitor activity, whilst generating leads to build new sales opportunities.
• Source high caliber candidates through robust pre-screening, with an eye for identifying niche or hard to find skill sets.
• The successful candidate will be working with a ‘warm’ desk of clients and candidates.

Qualifications & Essential Skills/Experience:

• Renewable industry experience is a plus
• Self motivated
• Ability to work in our Boston office
• Excellent communication skills
• 1-4 years of recruitment experience
