This position is a remote / work from home position. Preferred location is Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma or Alabama. This person will assist owner with business accounting, Customer interaction via phone and email. The successful candidate will be self motivated, service oriented and doesn't watch a clock. The selected person will enjoy flexible hours and work location.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily activities of quotes, xls spread sheet creation & manipulation. Help book travel arrangements for sales team. XLS edit for up load in to CRM. Running Sales reports for management and income and expense reporting to accountant. Help with company social media accounts, creation of marketing emails, and promotional sale flyers for print and digital.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must communicate with patience and care. Lot's of customer interaction via phone & email. Must be computer literate and have good Microsoft office skills.
