Job Description
Job Title: Manager, Business Process Improvement


Division: Corporate Finance – Accounting


Location: St. Petersburg, FL - North America Business Service Center


Reports To: AVP, Delivery Excellence

What You Will Learn


  • Responsible for leading training sessions for new users and as needed.
  • Assign unassigned accounts, if applicable.
  • Support system admin in problem solving and answering end user questions.
  • Review newly released documentation and attend any webinars provided by system admin on the new release.
  • Manage impacts of local projects on the BSC
  • Additional projects as assigned.
  • Be in charge of group and local projects implementation within the BSC.
  • Review and maintain Blackline user access and assignments (accounts, entities, roles, teams).
  • Manage user requests (i.e., create task, decertify reconciliations, etc.)
  • Update account settings (risk rating, frequency, grouping, templates, auto-certification rules, workflows) when required
  • Run Blackline reports to identify potential deviations with Global Design and work in collaboration with GL team to assess gaps.
  • Be in charge of KPI update
  • Notify key users of upcoming Blackline upgrades and highlight major enhancements.
  • Support and Resolve Blackline incidents raised by key users and escalate to central when needed.


Required Qualifications


What We Are Looking For:


  • Blackline experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced work environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Excel)
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and analytical skills
  • 5+ years of work experience in Accounting or Finance with strong technical expertise
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; business acumen; oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills
  • 3-5 years of experience managing accounting processes
  • BA / BS degree required, preferably in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Proactive in managing and improving processes and driving harmonization
  • Experience with SAP Finance (FI) preferred
  • Exposure to Internal Controls/Audit of Balance Sheet Accounts
Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in shared service center
  • Experience in consumer products industry
  • SAP, PowerBI


Compensation


  • $105,000 + bonus
