Business Procedures Consultant II
Role Value Proposition
Work independently and with others across the enterprise to revise employer and employee communications and manage multiple programs, from concept to launch, for PlanSmart financial education services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently to manage projects for key initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring deliverables within specified timelines (projects could include LinkedIn, Texting, Direct Mail, Webinars, and Awards)
- Support project lead in managing the updates for our workshops (25+), including working with creative vendors and compliance for legal review.
- Revise existing employer and employee communications that adhere to MetLife corporate layouts and standards, including presentations, emails, letters, slip sheets, flyers, reference guides, etc.
- Update and work with a vendor to manage two Employer Websites.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively across different lines of business to ensure that communications meet business needs.
- Monitor department-shared email box.
- Manage compliance, legal review, printing, and creative updates of current and future PlanSmart programs and materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, set schedules and priorities, and meet internal and external deadlines
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office and Adobe Products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook
- Self-starter and capacity to make business decisions
- Experience working effectively across a matrix environment
- Can work independently and utilize available resources for learning and development
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive and can-do attitude
- 5+ years of relevant business experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline

The wage range for applicants for this position is 70K-93K. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
