Position Summary:

The Business Operations Coach provides coaching and enablement to teams supported by Global Operations. This includes facilitating meetings/workshops, managing complex stakeholder relationships, synthesizing complex information, and developing and delivering reports. They have a strong understanding of business operations, as well as experience in facilitation, stakeholder management, process improvement, presenting, and report writing.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver operational assessment reports that provide insights into the effectiveness of internal business operations. This includes people, process, data, strategy, vision, and rhythm of the business
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to improve communication and collaboration within the Global Pax8 organization
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on goals and objectives
• Manage core data analytics that measure progress and results over time with a consistent framework
• Provide coaching and support to various global departments to help them improve their results and focus

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• Experience in report writing
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
• At least fifteen (15) years of experience in business operations, preferably in a coaching or consulting role
• Executive presence
• Strong facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Required Education & Certifications:

• B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

• Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $125,000 or more depending on experience

• Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
