Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

At least fifteen (15) years of experience in business operations, preferably in a coaching or consulting role

Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred

7 years of experience in successfully coaching and training large groups of people

Excellent presentation skills on stage

Experience facilitating large events on camera

Knowledge of instructional design models and the latest techniques in virtual training

Excellent problem-solving skills and can handle complex problems and decisions
