Required Qualifications:

• BA degree in any field

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, and/or internal strategy in a relevant field

What you’ll be able to do:

• Serve as a Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet core product capabilities such as sheets, reports, dashboards, forms and automation workflows.
• Build, evolve, and manage tools such as SharePoint, Slack and Smartsheet
• Demonstrated ability, with minimal team support, to provide high-quality technical deliverables (requirements, tech specs, etc.)
• Implementing solution developments and enhancements in Smartsheet through Advanced Apps, such as Data Mesh, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Pivot Tables, and Control Center
• Support Model e, Customer Program Management Lead to effectively plan and manage projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution
• Ability to break-down stated business goals and needs to discrete capabilities which can be translated into actionable technical guidance
• Deliver ongoing reporting on state of current projects, overall and detailed statuses, and expected delivery timelines with deadlines at risk called out
• Support PMO with Smartsheet user access/group management needs, as well as triaging incoming license requests, and monitoring dormant accounts.
• Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Smartsheet platform by participating in activities with partner teams including requirements collection, data management, solutioning, build, test, launch, and production/operations support.
