Minimum qualifications:

• And four years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting

Job description:

• This position helps to track any expenditures in the facility to prevent the fiscal rule violations.
• This position reviews and approves receiving reports, cash receipts, and preparation of various reclassification entries.
• This position prepares the month-end close process, including journal vouchers in the CORE system.
• This position will review all procurement and contract management documents pertaining to the facility prior to approval.
• This position reviews and analyzes accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and month-end close.
• This position will work closely with the accountant in the office level.
• This position serves as a back up to facility biller/AR.
