The Lark Sales organization works closely with companies to build trust, garner interest, understand needs and recommend solutions. Sales, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Product Management and Marketing partner together to drive continuous business value for customers.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative for our fast-growing and fast-paced enterprise software group in North America. The Lark Sales organization works closely with companies to build trust, garner interest, understand needs and recommend solutions. Sales, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Product Management and Marketing partner together to drive continuous business value for customers.
Responsibilities
- Keep Salesforce updated, accurate, precise and thorough with customer information and sales related activities through the sales cycle
- Discovering business initiatives and acting as their internal advocate
- Partnering closely with Account Executives to help progress qualified opportunities through the sales cycle pipeline
- Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas
- Self-driven and track record in exceeding goals
- Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment in new revenue
- Building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders, primarily C-level positions
- Experience in developing trusted relationships with new customers
- Join Sales Team in creating and delivering sales presentations
- Learning how to anticipate and prepare for objections
- Ability to apply consultative selling and align value based solutions with a customer's strategic objectives
- Experience in prospecting and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net new and install
- Maintain an updated document of the BDR role including step by step business processes, resources and technologies necessary to accomplish the role
- Demonstrated success in achieving performance based bonus structures
- Bachelor's degree or above in related majors
- Generating new business pipelines through prospecting outbound opportunities, via a variety of proven sales methods, including but not limited to cold-calling, networking, social media, industry and trade related events, email and marketing campaigns
- "Start-Up" mindset or experience on approach of problems and polished resolutions
- Speaking to value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
- 2-4 years of related experience in professional BDR career track
- Engage in and champion the proper culture and processes for a motivated, balanced, and highly efficient team capable of scaling up at later stages of organizational maturity
- Managing a high volume of leads with a strategy on prioritization of assigned leads
- Identifying new logos opportunities in the assigned space
- Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
- Identifying new revenue opportunities for existing ByteDance customers
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to succeed in managing projects and deal cycles of all sizes
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Maintaining updated systems & documentation related to activities
- Building a point of view on how to help qualify customers needs
