Job Description

We are hiring multiple Business Development Practice Leaders to join our team across the United States. As a Business Development Practice Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment and placement of permanent Finance and Accounting professionals within our organization. You will lead a team of recruiters and work closely with clients to understand their talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.

What you will be doing:

  • Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and acting as a trusted advisor in the recruitment process.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor the job market, including compensation trends, skills shortages, and emerging technologies, to provide insights and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-performance levels and achieve recruitment goals while growing a $2mil+ division.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance metrics and track the team's progress against targets. Generate regular reports and provide analysis to senior management.
  • Full Desk Recruitment: Source, screen, and place top talent, combining the roles of both a dedicated sourcer and a skilled account manager to deliver end-to-end recruitment services.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract and retain clients and highly skilled professionals. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively anticipate client needs.


What it takes to be successful:

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of Finance or Accounting recruiting and business development experience at a Staffing firm
  • Driven: Strong sense of self-motivation to consistently exceed goals and drive success across the company
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving recruitment goals
  • Proven Producer: You’re currently producing $400k+ annually and eager to grow and lead a $2 million+ Division
