Practice Manager Jobs

The Practice Manager works collaboratively with the South County Medical Group Leadership team to plan, administer and coordinate all operations in order to achieve and maintain clinical quality, financial viability, patient and visitor safety and customer service excellence and satisfaction. The practice typically has 2 – 5 providers and < 10 employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Understands and applies the basic principles of financial operations, human resource management, information management and team building.
• Possesses knowledge of practice workflow processes and ability to recognize needed changes and implement solutions.
• Understanding of revenue cycle processes, including ability to analyze, refine and improve these processes (patient registration, charge entry, eligibility verification, point of service collections, coding, and denial management).
• Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration or related field preferred. Requires a minimum of two years management experience in a related field, a physician practice or other ambulatory care setting preferred.
