Our client is a fast-growing physician group that is seeking a proven Regional Practice Manager! In this critical leadership role, you will travel 25-50% of the time to surrounding states to support the clinics after they're acquired and during their onboarding, be the go-to person for their EMR conversion, fill in as a Multi-Site Practice Manager if they are out, create SOPs and checklists with their Practice Managers, and many special projects. Desired Qualities, Skills, and Experiences:

• Experience creating a culture of accountability, developing staff, and ensures checklists, SOPs, and tasks are completed.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions on their own, and continually identifies areas of improvement.
• Servant leadership, empathy, and good communication - engages well with the team.
• 4+ years of practice/operations management experience with multiple locations.
• EMR conversion/change management experience with how to roll out processes and following up to ensure staff is completing their tasks.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Labor management - ability to lead people and strong understanding of how to manage hourly employees. Ability to influence change well.
