We are adding a business development center to assist our product specialists with the increasing quantity of phone calls, texts, and emails. Our customers have high expectations with these great brands and we aim to deliver a great luxury experience. We support our hires with high level training and technology.
In our state-of-the-art facility, you'll find a luxurious customer lounge with rooftop deck, fire pit and bar. On a more personal note, you'll also find that we serve our customers with the highest level of professionalism and respect. We aim to make your experience as stress-free and private as possible. And with recent events, we now offer contactless pickup and delivery services to help keep you safe and healthy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Follow up with previous unsold and sold clients
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Positive and hardworking personality
• At least one previous role in Automotive Sales/Customer Service
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
