Fully Promoted Cleveland is looking for an Business Assistant to help us grow.


Fully Promoted Cleveland provides excellent customer service and accurately fills all our clients’ requirements for the following services:

-Garment Decoration

-Promotional products

-Printing

-Internal Signage

Summary:

We are looking for a high energy, self-starting, goal oriented individual with great organizational skills for our production and internal sales operations in our Twinsburg location.

The ideal candidate must be able to recognize business/sales opportunities and present solutions to the client in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

In addition, (s)he will coordinate materials flow and production scheduling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Respond efficiently to all customers and telephone inquiries to determine product needs, provide recommendations and quotes, and assist with the order process.

·Greet customers and answer phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

·Process work orders accurately and obtain customer approval.

·Obtain down payment and payment in full upon completion with every order.

·Accurately complete order confirmation, quotes and invoices.

·Work closely with the Production Area to answer any questions concerning work orders.

·Place orders with vendors

·Check product in and stage for production/decoration.

·Maintain a good working relationship with vendors to obtain quotes and follow up on orders in process.

·Make telemarketing calls to generate new business. Maintain and update lists of prospective and existing customers and referrals.

·Support Management as needed with reports, invoices, and paperwork.

·Cross train in other areas of the store to maintain a fully functioning store at all times.

·Maintain an organized, clean and professional work location appearance at all times.

·Support the company’s monthly sales goals.

·Other duties as required by the business

·Upselling - Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue utilizing the Fully Promoted product line.

Physical Demands: 
Must have the ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
Must be able to thread needle on embroidery machines at an efficient rate. Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift over 50-60 lbs.
