Job Description
  • Develop and present comprehensive proposals for process improvement, including potential solutions, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation plans.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on process improvement.
  • Design and implement optimized processes, incorporating industry best practices and leveraging technology where applicable.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in process analysis and modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping).
  • Experience in Process Improvement.
  • Monitor and measure process performance post-implementation, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved and benefits realized.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and information.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define improvement objectives, scope, and success criteria for process enhancement initiatives.
