Work with the Business team to clarify epics, use cases and/or requirements and acceptance criteria and generate RTM

HealthCare experience is much needed.

Analyze business process flows and begin preparing the test scenarios and scripts

Design high quality and detailed manual test cases

Design test cases using JAMA tool

Participate in PI planning and user stories grooming sections

Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Develop and present comprehensive proposals for process improvement, including potential solutions, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation plans.

“ITSM ServiceNow Project Manager with Banking experience”

• ITIL experience or certification is a plus

• Manage budget process by coordinating with business partners and functional/support group partners

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow

• Excellent problem-solving skills, in particular a methodical approach to deal with problems across distributed systems

Preferred software experience in Azure DevOps, Jira, Axure, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Tealeaf (not mandatory, but beneficial).

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
