Job Description
Corporate Client Banking, within Commercial Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co., offers customized financial solutions for corporations with annual revenue of about $500 million to $2 billion+. The business serves clients domiciled in North America, as well as select countries in Europe and Asia, and provides global financing, liquidity and investment banking services to help clients achieve their long-term corporate finance objectives.


The Corporate Client Banking Analyst and Associate Programs are aimed at developing a future pipeline of banker talent. This position will support the program management of the CCBSI Analyst & Associate Programs in the US and internationally. In addition to assisting Resource Managers in day-to-day management responsibilities, the position will collaborate with specialists in Human Resources, Finance and Business Management, and Business Operations to successfully deliver a best in-class program experience.


Specific Responsibilities


  • Drive the global business strategy for the CCBSI Analyst & Associate Programs, supporting the CCBSI Global Program Manager, National and International Resource Managers
  • Assist in all aspects of program management, including, but not limited to: recruiting, performance evaluations, engagement, internship, training, and logistics & planning
  • Prepare communications to constituents and stakeholders
  • Support HR, resource managers and senior leaders on driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives at the firm
  • Support the campus recruiting team to attract, develop, and retain a diverse pipeline of junior talent who can efficiently and effectively deliver results
  • Support training teams to coordinate new hire training and ongoing learning for the interns, analysts, and associates
  • Support the delivery and analysis of firmwide initiatives for analysts and associates
