At Devoted, we are thinking about Sales differently. We think about our Sales team as an extension of our core member experience and are looking for opportunities to differentiate from the very first interaction a potential member has with our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operations and execution of daily broker engagement initiatives. As a key member in the Growth function, you will work cross functionally with teams including marketing, sales agents and leaders, technologists, marketing, and compliance to support regional strategies based on optimization of performance and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of operational and analytical expertise to be able to build and manage initiatives to drive broker engagement. You will have the opportunity to work across the broker journey to identify, design, and execute new opportunities for high-impact experiences for brokers. Additionally, the candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy and will have a roll-up their sleeves mentality. You should be analytically oriented, ready to leverage data and quick problem solving to make effective decisions. Finally, you should be comfortable taking ownership of a key piece of the business and have a desire to learn and take on more responsibility as you and your role expand.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Execute and iterate strategies for targeted broker communication campaigns to build engagement and excitement across email, text, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and market leaders to identify market needs and establish programs to support local sales growth.
  • Summarize, collect, and analyze data to drive actionable insights and ongoing program improvement.
  • Align needs and deliverables across all levels of the organization and manage timely delivery of projects and assets related to goals and budget.
  • Manage and own multiple projects and a variety of work streams simultaneously while facilitating input from a variety of key cross-functional partners.
  • Create and update supporting documentation for broker initiatives.
  • Build and manage key business intelligence dashboards to evaluate ongoing KPIs and metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to expand on existing programs or create new ones based on strategic analytical reviews.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills to develop understanding of program performance and leverage data to identify potential areas of opportunity
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to clearly articulate needs, objectives, priorities, and strategy in writing
  • Fast learner, can pick up new content/industries quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Forward-looking and proactive self-starter
  • A learning mindset; comfortable operating in a fast moving environment
  • 2+ years in operational or project management-type with roles
  • High proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and collaborate with team members in a diverse environment

Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000

  • Our total rewards package is for full time employees only. Intern and Contract positions are not eligible.
