Get to Know the Opportunity:
The Voya Financial Advisors Trade Desk position functions as trading support for financial professionals and internal business partners related to equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and other investment products. This position is responsible for researching and resolving trade related errors on the Pershing Netx360 platform. The Trade Desk associate must be able to work collaboratively with our Operations team in a remote environment. Individuals in this position will have the opportunity to use their industry and trading knowledge to support Voya Financial Advisors goal of creating a better financial future for everyone.
Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.
The Contributions You’ll Make:
  • Primary point of contact for trading questions from our phone-based support team.
  • Manage margin notices on our brokerage platform and work with financial professionals through resolution.
  • Provide operational support for our fee-based accounts by processing fee updates, model changes, and other related activity.
  • Research and resolution of simple and complex trade matters that require firm intervention.
  • Participates in root cause problem solving sessions in order to implement process improvements.
  • Operate within a strong team environment.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience:
  • Familiar with Pershing’s NetX360 platform, Salesforce, and Folio Dynamix products.
  • Financial Services experience.
  • Work with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • FINRA Series 7.
  • Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot daily processing obstacles within and across teams.
  • Build relationships, communicate and collaborate across teams.
  • Working knowledge of common security products include equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and suite of products.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • FINRA Series 24.
  • Prior experience inputting trades through an exchange.
Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
$40,590 - $50,740 USD
