What does the role entail?
This culinary position in the Watertable Restaurant is for AM breakfast and preparation of Omelets. It requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.

- Basic sushi preparation and recipe knowledge preferred.
- California Food Handler's Certification Required.
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
- Previous line experience preferred.
- Requires moderate supervision and training.
- Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
- Flexible scheduling including Early Mornings, Weekends and Holidays.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
