Entry Level Hr Coordinator (Part Time)

• Assists leadership staff with various employment related projects
• Participate in on-site & off-site job fairs and hiring events
• Track candidate activity and disposition candidates in the applicant tracking system
• Answers phones and other administrative duties
• Offer and decline positions for entry-level positions
• Review frontline applications and ensure the applicant meets all hiring requirements
• Answers questions and addresses any errors in the new hire paperwork packet

• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist the HR department in various functions, including but not limited to administrative duties and internal recruitment activities
• Maintain area cleanliness
• Occasionally assist other locations and areas in the park as needed
• Complete new hire processing appointments, including reviewing paperwork, I-9s, etc.
• Maintain open and consistent communication via phone and email with applicants
• Assist with the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of all applicants
• Assist with personnel records management
• Conduct applicant placement interviews (in-person or phone call)

What it takes to succeed:

• At least 6 months experience in related work experience or 6 months park experience is preferred.
• Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement
• Park leadership experience in Park Operations, Culinary Operations and Merchandise preferred
• 4 days of unrestricted availability during peak season and 3 days of unrestricted availability during non-peak season
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college university or currently working towards a bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically scheduled weekdays during Employment Center Operational hours, however, may be scheduled on weekends & evenings as needed
• At least 18 years of age

Compensation:

• $18.00 per hour
