Brand Marketing Manager | Color Cosmetics

Our client, a buzz-worthy disruptor beauty brand, is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join their growing team. If you have a passion for beauty + skincare, experience with Product Development and marketing color cosmetics, please apply.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and execution of product marketing strategies, with a key focus on broadening and raising product and brand awareness,
• Develop, manage and refine the product creative briefs and manages timelines, outcome of deliverables and keeps all channel leads informed of changes and/or delays.
• Manage product/category portfolio strategy + develop innovation pipeline strategy with Product Development by connecting brand objectives with consumer, competitor, + channel insights, + overseeing the product launch process to ensure successful and timely launches
• Lead campaign execution with cross-functional teams including Social Media, Product Marketing, Public Relations, Events, Media, Creative, E-Commerce and Education.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, organization, and influencing skills
• Beauty industry experience is required, Color Cosmetics greatly preferred
• Ability to work extremely well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals
• Proven track record of delivering results and managing/developing direct reports
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and/or communications
