JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Brand Assistant/Brand Operations you will support the brand operations including handling day-to-day customer service as well as work closely with CEO, Lindsay Albanese on both professional and personal duties and projects. This position will include but will not be limited to, handling all incoming customer service inquiries across email, SMS marketing, and social media. As well as various virtual assistant tasks and projects on an as needed basis. This position will also be the point person for all wholesale communications with our sales rep. The ideal candidate should continuously be thorough, organized, solution focused and self-driven to help manage and deliver from start to finish on all projects and responsibilities while understanding our audience and brand voice.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE but are not limited to:
●Manage day-to-day (Monday-Saturday) performance and correspondence of the company's multi-channel Customer Service Department. (i.e., email, chat text, and social media)
●Own our Customer Care support by ensuring all inquiries and request that come into the separate inbox are handled in a timely manner.
●Assist with daily operational & administrative tasks as it relates to Retailer & E-COMM Orders, 3PL communication, inventory management etc.
●Handle all wholesale invoicing and submission of orders.
●Check Customer service email daily.
●Check Shipwire at least 1x a day.
●Assist with daily Virtual assistant tasks including scheduling.
●Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience via phone(minimal), email, or social media.
●Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges on WooCommerce and Shipwire
●Handle and process all returns. Add back to inventory on our Spreadsheet.
●Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner.
●Advise on company information.
●Place or cancel orders.
●Make suggestions on process and policy improvement for Customer Care when needed.
●Compile weekly report due every Monday.
●Assist in inventory management when needed.
●Facilitate edits to WooCommerce website backend.
●The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs.
