REQUIRED QUALIFITIONS
- At least 2 years of professional banking experience, including at least one year supervisory responsibilities
- A high school diploma or GED

- The ability to identify potential fraud and independently take appropriate loss prevention action
- Keen attention to detail, sound judgement, and integrity
- Demonstrated aptitude for effective training, supervision, and corrective action, in a supervisory role
- Keen observational skills and critical thinking skills
- A demonstrated aptitude for swift adaptability, and appropriately judging when work speed or quality is most important in a fast paced environment
- A team player willing to wear multiple hats, in pursuit of optimal branch efficiency Strong communication skills, including the ability to respectfully and professionally address differing communication styles
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with preparation of responses to external and internal audits, as requested
- Ensuring adequate quantity of water and office supply levels for the branch
- Overseeing routine branch procedures, regulatory controls, and security checks
- Performing manager overrides as needed
- Assisting with Teller/CSR duties in the event of an unplanned staffing shortage
- Accurately and efficiently process bank transactions, while following policies and procedures to minimize risk
- Daily supervision of the Universal Bankers (Teller/CSR), to include: biweekly timecard approval; managing time off requests to ensure adequate staff coverage; routine evaluation of direct report performance, to identify skills gaps and additional training needs
- Preserve the bank’s community culture by actively engaging with all customers and providing excellent customer service
