Job Description

Our rapidly growing e-commerce fulfillment company (HurryHUB), and its sister company, Private Label Supplements, are looking for new ROCK STARS to join our team in Oklahoma City!

We are looking for a new BOOKKEEPER to help our staff carry the weight of our expanding endeavors. Day-to-day tasks include bookkeeping, answering the phones, sending e-mails out to our customers regarding shipping and billing matters and generally helping the team in any way you can. Knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Quickbooks is required. Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software a definite plus, especially if it's Fishbowl.

  • Likes hats (not actual, physical hats so much as metaphorical hats that represent a variety of tasks)
  • Positive thinker (no Negative Nellies need apply, SERIOUSLY THOUGH)
  • Hard working (not at the expense of smart working!)
  • Punctual (time is money and money is, well, how you get paid)
  • Tender-hearted AND thick-skinned (loves people and progress at the same time)
  • Has a good sense of humor (Jimmy Fallon – need we say more?)
  • Master of the details (little things are actually the really REALLY BIG things)
  • Administrative Ninja (you get things done and people wonder, “Say what? How’d they do that?”)
  • Likes music (the owners have been known to break out in a spontaneous Justin Timberlake, Maroon 5 or Eric Church song)
  • App savvy (this one is kinda serious… you should be able to adapt very quickly to our Tech Stack, including Google, Slack, MS Office Suite, QuickBooks and our own software)
  • Loyal (not like a Basset-Hound, but pretty close.)
  • Problem solver (you can present options or make excuses, but not both – we prefer options)
  • Follows through (integrity matters)
  • Highly Adaptable (you'll catch a frisbee one day and a football the next, and you need to be able to run with both)
  • Powerful written communicator (you don’t need to be a J.K. Rowling, but that would be way cool if that was your pen name)
  • Meets deadlines (finishing matters)

This is a FULL-TIME position in our Downtown Oklahoma City office. Pay is dependent on experience. Insurance is an option. Dress is business casual.
