NOW HIRING – Billing Specialist

Should have knowledge of Health Care related billing and be Tech Savvy. Must be able to use or learn to use concurrent billing software and portals.

Prepares resident billing and related documentation for financial reporting and responds to resident inquires. Responsible for accumulation of resident charges in an accurate and timely manner. Assist with billing, monitoring, and collection of accounts receivable balances.

Responsible for accumulating and organizing data necessary for resident billing and entering charges into the billing system. Prepare and mail the monthly resident statements. Be first point of contact and assists residents with questions they may have about their monthly statements. Assist with insurance submittals and resubmittals to ensure timely payment and apply payments as they are received. Develop and maintain required policies and procedures required of job functions. Monitor and reconcile the credit / purchase card system charges on a monthly basis for payment.
