Overview:* The Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for the daily operations of the FinFit product including customer service and account management. Provides first- line support to customers.

Essential Responsibilities*

• Provide operational support through working with other departments to solve issues that develop
• Process new loans and post payments
• Answer the phones and transfer calls accordingly
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Develop a working relationship with our employer client base to create a positive and long lasting business alliance
• Manage employee loan records and employer accounts to ensure both are accurate and complete
• Troubleshoot errors or issues with the website or system with the IT staff

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor
• Be able to think outside the box to find solutions to issues and streamline processes
• Must be able to speak Spanish fluently
• Be proficient in all Microsoft programs particularly Excel and Word

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
