Bilingual Event Project Manager

Our client in the tech sphere is looking for a Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Event Project Manager to join their team on a 11-month assignment!

Manages medium size projects pertaining to the development and implementation of our client's enterprise, General Business and/or Field Office product or general business programs. This position requires interaction with internal stakeholders including customer facing teams and internal development and implementation teams. The candidate is responsible for supporting 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure that our client's project business requirements are met.

This role supports the Americas region Event Experiences team as the Project Manager for all 1st Party Events in Spanish for Latin America and will be responsible for:

• Coordination with workshop and hack field request processes
• Execution Processes in Event Systems
• Workback schedule discipline and standard workflow comms for all events
• Digital Event Production Studio scheduling and speaker prep
• On site run of show staff prep

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel
• 3-5 years of event management and/or marketing experience
• 3-5 years of project manager experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45.00 to $50.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
