Remote Position
Hours 8:30am to 4:30pm EST

About the Role
As a Benefits Administration Services Associate, you will use deductive reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations. You will impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.
Responsibilities
  • Interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Performing peer review on work completed by other peers.
  • Contributing to and manages projects.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Triaging and researching system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
  • Complying with all policies and standards.
  • Triaging, researching, and responding to participant issues. (for example: eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery)
  • Reviewing benefit reports, including Business Requirements Document (BRD), and acting as needed.
Requirements
  • Have formal education and/or relevant expertise in Defined Benefits Administration.
  • Have ability to complete work self-guided.
