Position: Behavior Support Technician, 1.0 FTE
Location: To Be Determined
Reports to: Special Education Director
Salary: $21.00/hour, 6.5 Hours/Day
Posting Date: July 26, 2023

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Education, Psychology, or Social Work
- Training and experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Registered Behavior Technician certification
- Two or more years’ experience working with students with behavioral challenges
- Trained in or willing to be trained in non-violent crisis interventions
- Excellent communication skills
Essential Functions:
- Able to maintain records regarding student behaviors
- Able to transition/train adult support for identified students
- Able to assist with the development and implementation of classroom and/or individual behavior plans
- Able to provide assistance in behavioral assessments
- Able to provide one on one or small group support to students
- Able to analyze data and collaborate with teams on positive behavior interventions and supports
- Able to communicate and collaborate with school teams regarding supporting challenging student behavior
