Job Description

EMPLOYMENT OPENING
Department: DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING
Position Opening: Ultrasound Technologist
Salary Range: $36.46 - $58.63 per hour based upon union contract
Position Summary: Performs Ultrasounds. Positions and instructs patients, operates ultrasound
equipment and determines the technical factors for such sonograms. Correctly marks and labels
examinations (patient position and scan orientation). Consistently provides quality patient care. Takes
call.
Job Requirements: Must be registered by ARDMS or other appropriate certifying agencies, or
registry eligible.
