As a Mail Teller, you will:

The Bank by Mail Teller will be responsible for processing items that are mailed in, in accordance with Bank policy and Federal compliance. The ideal candidate will flawlessly track and document our process to ensure a positive customer experience. This individual will need excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

Process bank by mail items in accordance with Bank and Federal Policy

Adhere to processing deadlines

Collaborate with supporting departments to execute daily processes and operations

Identify trends and defects to develop process improvements

Escalate situations appropriately

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite

**This position does require onsite attendance **

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 year of customer service or banking experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $15 per hour on W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
