We currently have Sales Associate positions available at our Bachendorf’s store at the Plaza at Preston Center as well as our Fort Worth location at the Shops at Clearfork.

Our Jewelry Sales Associates develop lasting relationships with customers working with them directly to identify and fulfill their desires for luxury fine jewelry and watches while delivering exceptional customer service and a great experience. They present diamonds, finished jewelry and timepieces, help in the custom design process, facilitate repairs and finalize transactions. They are also responsible to keep our stores immaculately clean and organized.

Our Sales Associates must have a firm knowledge of the items in their store and of the industry at large to answer customer questions thoroughly, educate them and to effectively sell products. This includes a comprehensive knowledge of fine jewelry, luxury timepieces and how they are manufactured. We expect long-term relationships with customers, so a high level of social, interpersonal and customer service skills is a must. Also, due to the nature of our business, Sales Associates must be familiar with loss prevention and security. Finally, we do require professional dress and no visible tattoos unless protected by Federal Law.

This position may require work on Sundays.

Written and verbal skills are very important to us. Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus as well as any general computer experience.
