Honda World is looking for a highly motivated, charismatic Sales Leader! In this role, you will be charged with leading our Sales floor to achieve more each and every day. Our Sales Leaders are the face of the leadership team, working hand in hand with our sales associates to deliver a world class experience to our clients.

• To work effectively with all departments of our organization to promote business growth
• To drive our Culture, ensuring that we are providing the best possible experience for ourselves, and our clients
• To lead by example through -- hold yourself to the same level of professionalism we expect of our staff
• Hiring, Coaching, and Developing a team of the best Sales Associates
• To work hand in hand with our Sales Associates, making sure that daily tasks are completed

Qualified individuals should be self-motivated and able to work as a team. Prior automotive management experience is not required, we can teach the basic functions of the position.
