What We Need
The successful Product Sales Specialist candidate exhibits fantastic people skills while being driven to meet or exceed vehicle sales goals.
  • Perform high quality professional demonstrations of new and used inventory.
  • Demonstrate ongoing learning and display of expert vehicle product knowledge.
  • Increase customer base and sales by developing online and phone ups.
  • Show warm hospitality greetings customers at the dealership or virtually.
  • Properly utilize all computer software to support the entire sales process.
  • Completes all required training as needed.
  • Overcome objections to thrive in sales situations resulting in closing sales.
  • Schedules and executes successful appointments.
  • Keeps management informed of tasks, challenges, and planned action.
  • Exhibits a professional Leachman sales image.
  • Builds a strong referral business to ensure future sales.
  • Qualifies customers by listening and understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Builds internal and external relationships to create customers for life.
  • Conducts the Vehicle Delivery to GM Standards.
  • Keeps showroom and workstations clean and organized.
What Qualifications And Skills You Need
  • Valid and clean Driver’s record for the past two years required.
  • Customer service oriented. Time-management skills. Teamwork. Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills. Computer skills. Sales driven.
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
