Job Description
  • Firkins CJDR has an immediate opening for a motivated team member in our Business Development Center.
Hiring for AM & PM shifts
As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet and phone. Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening, learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts. Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments. No experience needed. Will train.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Type: Hourly wage plus commission ( Details discussed at interview) $20-$30 Average range of hourly pay.
