Bdc Sales Representative Jobs

Are you sales-oriented and ready to be part of a fast-growing company? Lakeland Toyota is seeking highly-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a keen understanding of sales to fill our newest Business Development Representative position.

Work directly with the BDC Manager to manage business development systems and consistently improve team performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule appointments for prospective customers to visit.
• Follow up on missed appointments.
• Represent our company in a friendly, professional manner.
• Field incoming phone, chat, and email inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective customer inquiries.
• Research customer histories to identify areas of opportunity.
• Document prospective customer communications in our CRM system.
• Maintain accurate record of results.

Must be sales-oriented, goal-focused, and be able to maintain a positive attitude.

Must be willing to work Saturdays.

• Background check and drug screening are required.
